What a day.




Singtel has been such a downer this past few months.
Their customer service? Just as bad.
Wanna know the story?
Well, my family is subscribing to the MIO plan.
Overall, it is a gd plan la..

too long for me to type laa...



Anyway, they keep charging for channels under MIO plan which we did not subscribe.. So initially my mum called the billing enquiry number printed on the bill itself.. But dunno what happened, my mum lost her cool. She said that billing keep telling her to call MIO Service Line herself. She was pissed off cos she kept thinking why cant they just transfer the call to the other department..




Anyhoos, i then took over. i kept my patience and called MIO Service Line.
Guess wat? this time, they transferred my call. non stop okay.


They kept me on the line, pushing me frm MIO service line to Billing Service Line to MIO & back to billing. Camne la my mum tak frust..




so yeah.


managed to settle the damn situation much to my dad's content.





On another note, i slept late this morning watching my One Tree Hill marathon. but guess wat.. i woke up early la..


cos 'Adi was at my house and he was shrieking - apparently for no reason..


so yeah am up till now.


am so screwed tonite when i'm at work balls..


haha.
